How To Get a Radiant Skin

We, women, know about drinking water to benefit our skin, but what else can we do to have radiant, glowing complexion?



The quality of our complexion depends on many factors, primary, the state of our blood, the state of our liver, emotional disturbance, season, and in case of women also on their menstrual cycle.

The path to radiant skin, therefore, does not lead through a shortcut and does not happen overnight. Quality of food, the environment we live in, the air we breathe, the water we drink, and, of course, the stress we go through, all have a direct impact on how we look and feel.

However, there are a couple of simple rules that can lead to clear, radiant complexion:

Fill your fridge with veggies and fruits that have the potential to clear your blood and liver - broccoli, cabbage, cauliflower, Brussels sprouts, various berries, grapefruits and apples, celery, ginger, beetroot and other forms of root vegetables. At the same time, try to cut back on dairy.

Be careful about the quality of the water you drink; avoid water packaged in plastic at all costs - in summer these bottles often stay outside in the heat during the transport and contaminate the water within. If you do not have access to mountain spring, get a good filter and store your water in a stainless steel container or high-quality glass. You can also add freshly cut and mixed Aloe Vera to your water to intensify the detox of your liver, or organic lemon to lukewarm water.
