Shipping and Returns

Phaedra Botanicals is currently accepting orders solely from the European Union, United Kingdom and the United States. For orders within Australia, New Zealand and Hong Kong, please consult our stockists.

Please, keep in mind that due to the recent developments, shipments might be subject to delay.


Section 1: General

We ship from our warehouses in ESTONIA the full-sized Ex Prūnīs Antioxidant Treatment Oil for free (standard delivery) within Estonia. Ex Prūnīs mīnī ships for flat rate 3 euros within the entire EU (Registered Maxiletter; except for Estonia where a courier is used) - please, keep in mind that if you select this option, you might need to pick up the package at your local post office.

To the rest of the EU, as well as the USA, we offer complimentary standard delivery on orders over 90 €.

The delivery times provided below might not always be accurate. Phaedra Botanicals cannot influence and thus is not liable for disruptions to shipping caused by industrial disputes or actions outside of our direct control.

Phaedra Botanicals, in some cases, recommends Express shipping where delays are known to occur, such as with delivery to the southern European countries. If you chose standard shipping, please keep in mind that the delivery time might be longer and cannot be influenced by Phaedra Botanicals.

If the Customer orders a product from outside the EU, the Customer is responsible for all customs duties or tariffs incurred in the country to which the product/s is/are shipped. In such a case, please, keep in mind, your order may be opened and searched by local customs authorities when entering the country of destination; this may subsequently cause a delay in delivery that we cannot influence. Note that we are unable to provide specific advice on customs duties or tariffs.

In the event of cancellation, the Customer bears the direct cost of returns.

Section 2: Approximate Delivery Time & Costs

Delivery time to the Baltic States and Finland is approximately 2-5 working days. The delivery time within the rest of the EU ranges from 5 – 10 working days. Delays that cannot be controlled by Phaedra Botanicals are known for some southern European countries.

Outside the EU, the delivery depends on destination and cannot be influenced by Phaedra Botanicals as the package might object to customs.

If the customers desire a prompt delivery, we recommend the express courier option (DHL) at the CHECKOUT, which offers the delivery time of approximately 1-3 working days within Europe (see pricing below).


EXPRESS DELIVERY - 1-3 days delivery time all over the world

To favorite destinations, such as Canada, Australia and the United States, we now offer express delivery with DHL for 27.00 €.

For other outside EU rates, please, get in touch with us via our Contact Us form or select your country at the checkout.

Rights of Revocation

You can return all or part of your order within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt provided that the product/s are unused and in their original sealed packaging, and accompanied by a fully completed return-form sent to (see below). For hygiene and safety reasons, sealed products that have been opened or otherwise damaged are not eligible for reimbursement. Shipping costs of returned products are Customer's responsibility.

If the above conditions are met, and after we have received the sealed product, you will receive a refund for the returned product/s.

To exercise this right, you must inform us by way of a clear statement through a direct email to with Subject: Revocation or Return.

For clarity, follow the information provided in the below form.

Consequences of the Withdrawal

If you withdraw from the contract, we will reimburse all payments we have received from you (except for express delivery costs) upon receiving sealed and otherwise unharmed product/s. For the repayment, we will use the same method of payment that you used in the original transaction.

We will withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods in their original sealed packaging and unused condition. You have to return the goods promptly and not later than within a week from the date upon which you inform us of the cancellation of the contract to:

This deadline is considered met if you have sent the goods before the period of one week after the cancellation date and we have received them in their original sealed packaging and intact condition. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods. You only need to pay for the diminished value of the goods when the loss of value results from handling other than what is necessary to ascertain the quality, characteristics and function of the products.

If the goods are received within the fourteen days after the cancellation in their original condition, Phaedra Botanicals will immediately reimburse all payments received from you (except for express shipping costs). We reserve the right to delay refunding if we haven't received the goods that you have returned to us.
