Phaedra Botanicals currently offers free shipping on full-sized products within Estonia and on orders over 90€, we offer free shipping with the EU and USA.
COVID-19 NOTE: We want to ensure our clients that our colleagues in our warehouse follow the most recent safety measures according to the WHO recommendations, which will stay in practice until further notice. Registered Maxiletter and USPS products and packages may require more time to be delivered due to limited transportation availability as a result of the ongoing COVID-19 impacts.
Section 1: General
Our shipping options are regularly updated and subject to change, so make sure you check in frequently for offers and changes.
Ex Prūnīs mīnī ships within the EU either with low-cost Registered Maxiletter for 3-5.50 € according to the destination or with courier standard. Please, keep in mind that with Registered Maxiletter, in some destinations, you might need to pick up the package from your local post office.
The delivery times provided below might not always be accurate. Phaedra Botanicals cannot influence and thus is not liable for disruptions to shipping caused by industrial disputes or actions outside of our direct control.
If the Customer orders a product from outside the EU, the Customer is responsible for all customs duties or tariffs incurred in the country to which the product/s is/are shipped. In such a case, please, keep in mind, your order may be opened and searched by local customs authorities when entering the country of destination; this may subsequently cause a delay in delivery that we cannot influence. Note that we are unable to provide specific advice on customs duties or tariffs.
Section 2: Approximate Delivery Time & Costs
Delivery time to the Baltic States and Finland is approximately 2-5 working days. The delivery time within the rest of the EU ranges from 5 – 10 working days. Delays that cannot be controlled by Phaedra Botanicals are known for some southern European countries.
Outside the EU, the delivery depends on destination and cannot be influenced by Phaedra Botanicals as the package might be subject to customs duties.
If the customers desire a prompt delivery we recommend the express courier option at the CHECKOUT, which offers the delivery time of approximately 1-3 working days worldwide unless there are disruptions caused by unexpected circumstances.
Courier Express cost on our full-sized products is 27.00 € to the destinations to which we currently ship.

Phaedra Botanicals offers courier standard and express options on shipping of our full-sized products (except for Norway). Please, keep in mind that shipping costs and options on small-sized products differ (see below).

We ship to Georgia for €29.00.
We ship to Brazil for €35.00.
Norway, Monaco & Montenegro
Due to the same pricing of standard and express delivery to Norway, we automatically offer express delivery at the checkout on all full-sized products.
We deliver to Norway, Monaco and Montenegro for €27.00 with express delivery.
On orders over €60.00, we offer express delivery for €24.00.
On orders over €150.00, we offer free express delivery.
SHIPPING/ SMALL-SIZED PRODUCTS
Within the EU, Phaedra Botanicals offers a low-cost Registered Maxiletter for the delivery of all small-sized products. We do not currently ship Ex Prūnīs mīnī outside of the EU, except to the USA with standard courier for €19. You can also order Ex Prūnīs mīnī from our American stockist.
We deliver with this option to Baltic for €3.00, Zones 1 and 2 from €4.00- €5.50 and Norway for €5.50.
On orders over €47.70, we offer delivery with Registered Maxilleter for free. You can also select the option of standard courier delivery at the checkout.
We deliver to Estonia for €3.00 with standard delivery.
On orders over €47.70, we offer standard delivery for free.
We deliver to Baltic for €9.00 with standard delivery.
On orders over €47.70, we offer standard delivery for €5.00.
On orders over €90.00, we offer free standard delivery.
Zone 1/Courier Standard
We deliver to Zone 1 for €12.00 with standard delivery.
On orders over €47.70, we offer standard delivery for €6.00.
Zone 2/Courier Standard
We deliver to Zone 2 for €18.50 with standard delivery.
On orders over €90.00, we offer free standard delivery.
We deliver to Norway for €29.00 with standard delivery.

Our Ex Prūnīs mīnī does not ship overseas to Zone 3.
Section 3: Revocation and Returns
There are two ways you can return the product to us once you purchased it in our Web-Shop. Either you return the product intact and sealed within 30 calendar days from the date of receipt, no questions asked or you return it after testing a small amount and being dissatisfied with the product stating your reasons. Please learn more about each option below.
Rights of Revocation
You can return all or part of your order within 30 calendar days from the date of receipt provided that the product/s are unused and in their original sealed packaging, and accompanied by a fully completed return-form sent to firstname.lastname@example.org (see below). For hygiene and safety reasons, sealed products that have been opened or otherwise damaged are not eligible for reimbursement. Shipping costs or additional customs duties of returned products are Customer's responsibility.
If the above conditions are met, and after we have received the sealed product, you will receive a refund for the returned product/s.
To exercise this right, you must inform us by way of a clear statement through a direct email to email@example.com with Subject: Revocation.

Consequences of the Withdrawal
If you withdraw from the contract, we will reimburse all payments we have received from you (except for shipping costs) upon receiving sealed and otherwise unharmed product/s. For the repayment, we will use the same method of payment that you used in the original transaction.
We will withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods in their original sealed packaging and unused condition. You have to return the goods promptly and not later than within a week from the date upon which you inform us of the cancellation of the contract to address provided to you by us.
This deadline is considered met if you have sent the goods before the period of one week after the cancellation date and we have received them in their original sealed packaging and intact condition. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods. You only need to pay for the diminished value of the goods when the loss of value results from handling other than what is necessary to ascertain the quality, characteristics and function of the products.
If the goods are received within the 21 days after the cancellation in their original condition, Phaedra Botanicals will immediately reimburse all payments received from you (except for shipping costs). We reserve the right to delay refunding if we haven't received the goods that you have returned to us.
We take extra care to design responsible products of the highest quality from our ingredients to our packaging and recognize the wholesomeness of each fresh batch made by us. We want our customers to be 100% satisfied with their purchases in our Web-Shop. If you are not 100% satisfied with the product that you purchased through our Web-Shop, we offer a money-back guarantee of 30 days from the date of receiving your order (30 calendar days from the date of receipt). All returned items must be less than 10% used to qualify for a refund. Phaedra Botanicals refunds only products purchased through our Web-Shop.
To exercise this right, you must inform us by way of a clear statement through a direct email to firstname.lastname@example.org about the reason/s of return with Subject: Return. For clarity, follow the information provided in the below form, stating clearly the reasons behind for the return.
You have to return the goods promptly to address provided to you by us and not later than within a week from the date we receive your wish to return the product/s. If all the above conditions are met, and we receive the products within 21 days after the return request, you will receive a refund for the returned product/s (except for shipping costs) provided that they met the conditions stated above. We will withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods and checked them to have met the above-stated requirements.
